Some benchmarked companies even emphasize the urgency to start Knowledge Management initiatives as early as possible. Top Management takes this suggestion and starting their Knowledge Management initiatives 1 year before the operation began.

Our Approach

At the beginning of the project, we conduct KM Assessment to entire business function. In this case, we add more depth on culture and technology aspect. This came
