Documenting Tacit Knowledge in Structural and Practical Way
The aim of this course is to provide technical understanding and capabilities in the Knowledge Capture implementation process. A little different from the Lesson Learning Process, Knowledge Capture focuses on the process of documenting experiences, best practices, case studies and solutions from expert employees for specific strategic knowledge topics.
Participants who take part in this course will be equipped with competencies related to Knowledge Capture process preparation, interview techniques, scripting techniques, writing techniques to the results of validation techniques to expert employees. Not only that, participants will also be provided with worksheets and proven best practices. This training will be discussed through practical examples, detailed case studies, and direct training and follow-up for Knowledge Capture Implementation.
