Consistently Documenting Lessons within the Business Cycle and Projects

The aim of this course is to develop groups of competent knowledge workers that understand the benefits and practical applications of how to develop lesson learning. The Lesson Learning will become a knowledge asset that able to retain the knowledge, best practices and lesson learned within the organization. For a further application, the knowledge asset will be shared with other knowledge workers and applied for improved individual and organizational performance.

Through a mixture of tutorial, exercise, and group work, course participants will develop competency of how to identify and document the lesson learning. Also, how to start and facilitate lesson learning sessions (Peer Assist, After Action Review, Retrospect). The course will be illustrated throughout practical examples, detailed case studies, hands-on exercises, and follow up action for lesson learning implementation.
