Silvia Casmadi

Silvia began her career in Knowledge Management as a KM Consultant at Knoco Indonesia. As a consultant, she was involved in various consulting and training projects such as KM Assessments, KM Governance Development, KM Masterclass, CoP Masterclass, and KM Implementation Support for a range of organizations and NGO.

Some of the clients Silvia has worked with include BPK, KPK, Pertamina Corporate University, MRT Jakarta, Antam, Coral Triangle Center, Perkumpulan Mandala Katalika, and Total Bangun Persada. These experiences have equipped her with a wide range of techniques for implementing KM end-to-end within organizations.

With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Silvia also contributed actively as an assistant in developing human resources and the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory at Gunadarma University.
